Billingham made the Friday night trip to Redcar Town and had to settle for a share of the points with the home side grabbing a late equaliser.

After a goal-less first half, Synthonia opened the scoring in the 58th minute when a strong Lewis Porritt run on the right saw him play in RYAN APPLEBY who made no mistake with his shot into the net past the advancing keeper.

Redcar levelled the game up in the 88th minute when they broke following a Synners free-kick on goal and a long ball forward was flicked onto CARL WILLIAMS who lifted the ball over keeper Sam Taylor and in.

There was strong Billingham penalty appeals in stoppage time when a clear handball in the penalty area was missed by the Referee and Synners had to settle for a share of the points.
