Synners left Ryton & Crawcrook Albion empty hand with a tale of two penalties either side of the break giving the home side the points.
Billingham had the better chances during the first peiod, but went behind in the 45th minute after Jamie Davis was adjudged to have clipped ABUBAKER SALIM in the box and the Ryton player stepped up to convert the resulting penalty kick.
After the break and a 47th minute penalty kick gave Ryton the chance to double their lead after Synners keeper Ben Fairless brought down ABUBAKER SALIM with the striker again converting the resulting penalty kick.
