Synthonia made it nine points from nine as they saw the year out with a win over neighbours Thornaby.

After a goal-less first half, the game sprang to life in the 48th minute with Ash Lavan winning the ball and playing through to RYAN APPLEBY who beat the offside to go through on goal and finished well past Thornaby keeper Adam Cameron.

Synners doubled their advantage after 75 minutes with RYAN APPLEBY again netting as he latched onto a long ball forward and sent the ball past the keeper with his shot from just inside the box.

Billingham made sure of the points with a third goal in the 90 minute with Tom Birtles wiining the ball just outside the penalty area and seeing the ball to substitute MATTY WILLSHAW who made no mistake with his shot.
