The first chance of the game saw Synners work the ball well on the left where Matty Willshaw sent a low cross into the box for Lewis Porritt who saw his shot wide of the far post. They were soon a goal up though when, in the 13th minute, Willshaw beat the offside and sent in a strike on goal which was parried on to the post by Brandon keeper Liam McGrath with LUKE HOGAN picking up on the rebound to shoot home.

Synthonia doubled their lead in the 28th minute with Ailfie Simpson floating a ball into the box for JOE SCAIFE-WHEATLEY who arrowed a shot from the right past the keeper and into the far side of the goal. A third came in the 31st minute with Simpson again floating a ball into the box, this time for JONNY PEACOCK who took a touch before slotting home.

A fourth goal came two minutes later when in the 33rd minute JOE SCAIFE-WHEATLEY sent in a free-kick from wide left which went through a crowded box and into the bottom right corner of the net.

The home side pulled a goal back after 37 minutes when a ball forward for striker RICHARD BROWN saw him send in a great strike from the right angle of the penalty area over Synners keeper Sam Taylor and in.

Billingham added a fifth before the break to take a confortable lead when Taylor punted upfield which was latched onto by LUKE HOGAN who dinked the ball over the advancing keeper and saw the ball into the goal.

After the break and Billingham continued to carve out chances as Jamie McLeod shot over from the edge of the box. Then a sixth goal was recorded in the 55th minute when some good play from Tyler Miley on the right saw him play in to MATTY WILLSHAW who shirked a defender before firing in.

A free-kick into the box from Brandon saw an effort on goal which was comfortable for Taylor before Synthonia added to the scoreline in the 73rd minute. Porritt's run on the edge of the penalty area saw him slot a pass through for MATTY WILLSHAW who shot from the left into the far corner.

MATTY WILLSHAW claimed his hat-trick in the 76th minute when substitute McKellan Lines played into the box where the forward chested the ball down before firing into the far side from the left.

Brandon United scored a late consolation goal with some good play from Ezzeldin Elbasty on the right seeing him cross for WILL CORNISH to shoot home in the 94th minute.
